Welcome to Pen Jar Productions. By accessing this website and purchasing I Miss My Mommy, the graphic novel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a purchase.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the graphic novel, including text, images, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of I Miss My Mommy. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to different display settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and Shopify Pay. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to Canada, the US and the UK. If your country is not listed, please contact Alison so she can add your country and send you a book! Estimated delivery times are 10-14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. 

5. Lost or Damaged Items

While we don't accept returns, we will replace lost or damaged books free of charge. For damaged books, please send Alison a photo of your book so she can pass it on to her printer. Pen Jar Productions does not issue refunds for people who did not like the book. 

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

While I Miss My Mommy deals with the topic of grief, it is not a substitute for professional mental health advice. We are not liable for any emotional distress or other consequences resulting from reading our product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service.
